7. APPLICABLE LAWS: BAUMA, any BaumaCompany(ies) within BaumaGroup, BaumaGroup, or any of its other Associate Companies make no representation that the information and materials contained in the SITE and any of its pages are appropriate or available for use in other locations outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this SITE from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, U.S.A., WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY PRINCIPLES OR CONFLICT OF LAW. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provisions shall be deemed severable from this Agreement, and shall not affect the validity, voidability, or enforceability of any remaining provision of this Agreement. Each party hereby submits, in any action or judicial proceeding brought to enforce, construe, or interpret this Agreement, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts sitting in the country of Los Angeles, State of California, and waives any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the SITE must be commenced within one (1) month after the claim or cause of action arises. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BAUMA and you with respect to your use of the SITE and the information and materials thereon or any of its pages.
